A yummy combination of I AM Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, and soulful tunes to help you drift off into the deepest state of relaxation and bliss. Start off with 45 minutes of soothing I AM Yoga Therapy, which combines restorative poses with body-focused meditation to unwind and release any tension held in the body. Then, finish off with 45 minutes of restful I AM Yoga Nidra, allowing you to enter a state of stillness and peace. This workshop is accompanied by live acoustic guitar and soft chanting to set the mood and create a backdrop of ease while you let it all go and come back home, to a quieter, more relaxed and peaceful state of being.
