Gentle Yoga & Intuitive Painting

From: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Painting and art therapy offer amazing health and wellness benefits, including fostering creative growth, strengthening memory, stress relief, and encouraging emotional growth.

In this workshop, we will begin with a centering meditation to develop the intuitive intention you'd like to express, i.e., self-love, compassion, trust, harmony, etc. Then we
will move into a gentle practice to prepare for painting. We will end with a comforting restorative practice and reflective meditation.

At the end of this workshop, you will go home with your own Intuitive Painting and Pocket Easel to display as a gentle reminder of your Intention.

All art supplies provided. You may wish to bring a journal to record your thoughts.
